Thank you to our Year 12 food tech students who were tasked with creating vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and healthy biscuits for people with dietary preferences or health issues/intolerances such as iron deficiency, celiac disease, and dairy intolerance.
The biscuits were SO good, as in cafe-worthy creations. You couldn’t even tell they were packed with so many healthy ingredients.
Well done students. Looked like you enjoyed this project as much as I loved eating the biscuits 💙
