World Autism Awareness Day 2024

Today we celebrate World Autism Awareness day, a day dedicated to raising awareness and understanding for those on the autism spectrum. It is a day to celebrate the unique strengths and challenges that individuals with autism bring to our world.

On this day, let us take a moment to reflect on the importance of creating a more inclusive world for individuals with autism. Let us work on creating a society where everyone, regardless of their neurodiversity, is valued and respected.

Let us recognise the tremendous contributions that individuals with Autism bring to our communities. They bring unique perspectives, talents, and insights that enrich our lives - think of people like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Einstein, Jerry Seinfeld & Eminem.

Thank you to Ms Cullen and our Support Unit staff for providing a learning environment where our students are supported and thrive!
