International Pi Day!
Today we celebrated International Pi Day with our year 10 students who:
- Investigated the history of Pi, discovering that it dates back over 4000 years;
- Created Pi bracelets, with each colour representing a digit of Pi;
- Participated in a Pi recital competition. Congratulations to George P, who won the Pi recital competition, remembering an impressive 104 digits. Well done, George!
- Collaborated to create an oversized Pi symbol on the back oval.
Thank you to our students for your active engagement, to our teachers Ms. Panes & Mr Campbell for creating a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere, and to Luka our IT Manager for your assistance in operating the drone!
